Note: Special seal bars accomplish perfect sealing (preheating-sealing-pressing system). Our machine is equipped with two sets of hot sealing moulds and one set of cool sealing mould which are able to highly improve the neatness of the sealing and make the products look more delicate, while similar machines from other companies only have two sets of hot sealing moulds
Independent sealing PID temperature controllers
Several pairs of temperature controller to control the sealing temperature in accurate, independently for each sealing bar , wide adaption for different heat sealable films , stable temperature enable steady sealing quality
Automatic central lubricating station design
Automatic lubrication system allows easier maintenance for this machine as the operator do not need to grease the machine manually, and also keep the operation clean and high efficient.
Hundreds bag storage magazine
Pouch magazine(horizontal conveying system) can be placed with several hundred pouches at one time while that of other factories can have only a small amount.
This design also enhance the adaption of soft pre-made pouch , or corner spout pouch with open mouth
No bag no filling , empty bag rejection system
Machine does not fill, seal and will be with sound-light alarm when there is no bag or bag opening. The rejecting system will also reject the empty bags without stopping the machine which can practically improve the work efficiency.
