B. System Highlight

1.Adopt non-standard high-precision multi-head weigher and small-pitch auger filler to lower weighing errors and raw material costs. Filling accuracy ±0.05–0.1/0.5 g (varies by product). Outfitted with weight rejection function; materials transfer via bowl elevator.

2.Equipped with a mobile standalone vacuum loading machine and horizontal bag loader combined with ribbon coder, supporting flexible adjustment of batch data printing positions.

3.Configured with static checkweigher, stabilizing berries inside bags and ensuring high detection accuracy.
