Dosing Device

Dosing Device-Rotary Valve Piston Pump

The dosing device include following device / features 

1) 2 set of piston pump with rotary valve , suits for ketchup or mayonnaise dosing 

2) Equipped with 2 set of 50 liter hopper   

3) All hoppers with stirring device 

4) All hoppers configure with pneumatic actuator type ball valve for product filling 

5) All hopper equipped level detecting system include level sensor and related control components 

6) The volume of piston pump is adjustable with scale   

7) Configure with high grade food pipe which connect to the main machine 

8) Equipped with anti-leakage filling nozzles , to keep the product clean 

9) All stainless steel 316 constructed       

Note : Above photo is the anti-leakage nozzle pneumatic driven device 

Main Features of Main Machine

1) Size adjustable pouch magazine 

2) Pouch width adjustment scale 

3) No pouch no filling and empty pouch release 

4) Air blowing before filling to ensure pouch completely open 

5) 2 filling stations to get faster filling speed and complete program for the first and last pouches 

6) 2 steps of sealing – hot sealing and cool sealing , the cool seal device equipped with air cooling system to get more beautiful sealing  

7) Height and speed adjustable horizontal discharge conveyor , and reserve discharge chute installation holes 

8) The counting and grouping device to be completed This process is designed for secondary packaging , can set up the counting number through PLC , the damper between chutes can be switched accordingly
